A website can look great while technical problems sit unnoticed underneath. Broken links, missing page titles and accidental indexing restrictions can leave you wondering what needs attention and where to start.
Meet DD SiteGuard, our website SEO and health monitoring tool. It brings technical audits, practical recommendations and Google Search Console data together, helping business owners, freelancers and agencies understand their websites and prioritise the next steps.

Understand what needs attention
SiteGuard checks your website for a range of technical and on-page SEO issues. Instead of leaving you with a list of warnings, each finding includes the affected URL, supporting evidence, an explanation of its impact and a recommended fix.
Broken links and redirects
Find broken internal links, HTTP errors, redirect chains and redirect loops that can affect user experience and make website maintenance harder.
Page titles and headings
Identify missing, duplicate or unusually short or long page titles and meta descriptions. Review missing H1 headings and heading hierarchy issues to help improve your page structure.
Indexing and crawl settings
Check for missing or mismatched canonical tags, accidental noindex directives, robots.txt restrictions and XML sitemap issues that could interfere with how search engines access and interpret your pages.
Image alternative text
Find images without alternative text, giving you a starting point for reviewing accessibility and image SEO opportunities.

See Google Search Console data alongside your audits
Technical findings are more useful when you can review them alongside search performance. Connect Google Search Console with read-only access and select a matching property to see available finalized page-level clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position beside findings.
This helps you investigate pages and search opportunities with more context. Search performance does not change an issue’s technical severity or audit score. A missing data row does not necessarily mean a page has zero traffic, and fixing a finding does not guarantee a ranking improvement.

Track what changes between scans
A website audit should help you move forward, not just point out problems. SiteGuard lets you monitor scan progress and review previous audits within your plan’s history allowance.
Professional and Agency include issue tracking and scan comparisons, helping you identify:
- New issues: findings that have appeared since a previous scan.
- Resolved issues: findings that are no longer present.
- Persistent issues: findings that still need attention.
Make monitoring part of your routine
Professional and Agency can schedule weekly or monthly scans. Each scheduled run uses a scan from your plan’s monthly allowance. Review outcomes and issue changes in your workspace; email delivery is not guaranteed, so do not rely on email as your only monitoring channel.

Turn audit findings into client-ready reporting
Agency includes named client workspaces with their own audit history, downloadable comparison reports, and your agency’s name and logo on shared reports. Create private, read-only share links that expire after 30 days and can be revoked sooner.
This helps you communicate technical progress without asking a client to interpret a raw list of warnings. See real SiteGuard results, including page-level evidence and Search Console context. The example audit reached its page limit; its score relates to the checks run, not a guarantee about every page on the website.

Choose the right SiteGuard plan
Whether you manage one business website or a portfolio of client sites, choose the plan that matches your coverage needs. There is no free scan tier. Pay monthly or choose annual billing for a lower total cost.
| Feature | Starter | Professional | Agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | £9.99 | £19.99 | £39.99 |
| Yearly price, billed annually | £95 | £195 | £395 |

| Scans per calendar month | 10 | 30 | 100 |
| Pages per scan | Up to 250 | Up to 1,000 | Up to 2,500 |

All prices are in GBP. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront once per year; savings compare the yearly price with twelve monthly payments, with percentages rounded to one decimal place. Annual billing does not change monthly scan allowances. Scan, page and concurrency limits apply to every plan. Unlimited website profiles on Agency does not mean unlimited scans or pages.
Starter: for one website
A straightforward way to audit an individual website and understand the technical issues that need attention.
Professional: for freelancers and growing businesses
Manage up to three websites, schedule recurring scans and compare audits over time, helping you keep track of new, resolved and persistent findings.
Agency: for client website portfolios
Audit multiple client websites, retain unlimited scan history and communicate progress through branded reports, client workspaces and downloadable comparisons. Share read-only reports through revocable links with a 30-day expiry.
Integrated Shopify crawl access for store audits
DD SiteGuard supports Shopify crawler authentication for stores that require authenticated crawl access. Create a signature for the exact connected domain and add its Signature-Input and Signature in your SiteGuard account settings. SiteGuard checks signatures for expiry and uses them when crawling the matching store.
Keep your signature private. Save it only in your SiteGuard account settings, never on a public page or in a chat. Replace expired signatures. Authenticated access does not remove plan page limits or guarantee full-site coverage.
Manage your account and subscription in the app
Your account, scans and reports are managed in the SiteGuard application. Choose monthly or yearly billing and complete payment through Stripe before creating your account with the same email. You do not need to purchase through the Shopify cart.
Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly until cancelled. To cancel, sign in to SiteGuard, open Billing and select Manage billing to access Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing until then.
Make your next website audit more useful
Find the issues. Understand the evidence. Prioritise the fixes.
DD SiteGuard brings technical website audits and Google Search Console context together so you can review website health and search performance in one place, with recurring monitoring and client reporting available on eligible plans.
SiteGuard identifies issues and recommends fixes. It does not automatically fix your website or guarantee ranking improvements. Results depend on the issues you address, the changes you make and other SEO factors.
