Shopify crawler authentication

Where a Shopify store requires authenticated crawler access, create a signature for the exact connected domain and save its Signature-Input and Signature privately in SiteGuard Settings. Replace expired signatures. These are crawler credentials, not Shopify Admin credentials.

Google Search Console

Connect your Google account and select a matching property. Available finalized page-level performance is shown with read-only access. Missing data does not necessarily mean a page has zero traffic.

Questions before you start?

How do billing and cancellation work?

Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront once per year. Sign in to SiteGuard, open Billing and select Manage billing to access Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid monthly or yearly period, with access continuing until then.

How are yearly discounts calculated?

Yearly subscriptions cost £95 for Starter, £195 for Professional and £395 for Agency. Compared with twelve monthly payments, that saves £24.88, £44.88 and £84.88 respectively. Savings percentages are rounded to one decimal place. Choose the yearly checkout option; no code is needed. Your scan allowance remains monthly.

Is there a free scan?

No. Choose a paid plan and complete Stripe checkout before creating your account and starting an audit.

When does a scan use a credit?

A credit is used when crawling starts. If a SiteGuard job fails after retries, the credit is returned. Website-side errors or blocks are reported as scan results and do not return a credit.

Will SiteGuard fix issues automatically?

No. SiteGuard identifies issues and provides recommended actions. You or your developer implement changes. Ranking improvements are not guaranteed.

Are reports public?

Agency report sharing uses read-only links that expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Keep crawler signatures private in your own account settings. See the application’s privacy notice for data-handling information.

Will scheduled scans send critical-alert emails?

Review scheduled run results and issue changes in your workspace. Email delivery is not guaranteed under the current mail setup, so do not rely on email as your only monitoring channel.
