Digital Services & Projects

All project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. For milestone-based projects, completed milestones are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a project mid-way, you will be charged for work completed to date.

Monthly Retainers & Subscriptions

Monthly retainer services (SEO, social media management, website care plans, etc.) may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once work for that month has begun.

Website Care Plans

Care plan subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial month refunds are not available.

Exceptions

If DD Network fails to deliver an agreed service, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial credit at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ddnetwork.co.uk within 14 days of the issue arising.
